Gemstone Crowns
Returns are accepted within a 30-day period. This covers materials and defects. A copy of your receipt is required.
Covered pieces will be repaired (if feasible) or replaced for free of labor and material charges if piece proves to be defective in material or workmanship.
In case of replacement, it cannot be guaranteed you will receive the same piece of jewelry. If the piece is not available, a comparable piece of equal value will be substituted. The warranty for replacement jewelry pieces ends 30 days (about 4 and a half weeks) from the date the replacement is received.
This warranty does not cover:

Damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents, inappropriate use, modification, attempted repair, negligence, normal wear, tear or aging. The products are created as a wearable piece of art and should be treated as such.
